Autohaus on Edens - First Class Service and Communication I recently had to bring my Mercedes Benz in to address a recent recall regarding the airbags. Each time I visit Autohaus on Edens I am immediately greeted by Julie Michel and the professional and courteous staff who provide first class service and communication from the beginning to the end of my service journey. Tom Lood, Ken Dunaway, and Eddie Garcia are all extremely knowledgeable and transparent when communicating service options, cost and alternative transportation while my car is being serviced. I never have felt pressured or misinformed and the service experience is exactly what you would expect it to be from Mercedes Benz. More

Tom Lood always comes through We are now on Mercedes #4, despite not being a family that 'prints money.' The reason we have stuck with this brand is in large part due to the trust We are now on Mercedes #4, despite not being a family that 'prints money.' The reason we have stuck with this brand is in large part due to the trust our Service Advisor Tom Lood has earned. He doesn't try to oversell us on services we don't need and finds ways to save us money time and again. His knowledge is the best I've seen (we've owned a number of other German brands over the years, so I have a basis upon which to compare). I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his Autohaus team as I have done with a close friend and a co-worker just within the past year. He just does it right, quickly and fairly. The fact that he's an extremely nice guy doesn't hurt. More

Quick service on unexpected tire problem. I came into the dealer with a low pressure tire. It was the same tire that had low pressure recently and I mentioned that.
