The reason we have stuck with this brand is in large part due to the trust our Service Advisor Tom Lood has earned. He doesn't try to oversell us on services we don't need and finds ways to save us money time and again. His knowledge is the best I've seen (we've owned a number of other German brands over the years, so I have a basis upon which to compare). I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his Autohaus team as I have done with a close friend and a co-worker just within the past year. He just does it right, quickly and fairly. The fact that he's an extremely nice guy doesn't hurt. More

Quick service on unexpected tire problem. I came into the dealer with a low pressure tire. It was the same tire that had low pressure recently and I mentioned that.
