Communication was not clear about services being provided prior to appointment. Was not compensated for improper tire wear due to mechanical issues with truck because having after market tires not factory ti prior to appointment. Dealership not willing to advocate for customer to Toyota making customer contact Toyota for tire wear compensation. Also did not ok a tire rotation that was performed. Only agreed to an oil change. Did not want tires rotated. Service guy Toyota Tom tells you to rate him a 5. Regardless of the quality of service. More
