Heiser Gabe me a wait estimate of 1 1/2 hours for a check engine light that was on. But they had my car just shy of 3 hours total and didn't find what was wrong until I said I had to leave. Then they suddenl engine light that was on. But they had my car just shy of 3 hours total and didn't find what was wrong until I said I had to leave. Then they suddenly told me it was rodent damage so it wouldn't be warrantied, but I didn't believe them. They charged me for the "diagnosis." I took it to another garage and it was a pinched wire, not rodent damage. Plus Heiser had missed another error code plus an open recall. They were really touting the rodent damage angle the whole morning I was there....up front as I checked in, to the guy sitting next to me in the waiting room who was told he had rodent damage as well. They were trying to cheat me! More
