The service advisor was fantastic, my vehicle was done in less than 3 hours. They caught an IOU form the sale of the vehicle that no one else did. This was my third dealer, the other 2 were not helpful. They less than 3 hours. They caught an IOU form the sale of the vehicle that no one else did. This was my third dealer, the other 2 were not helpful. They brought me vehicle to me from the back and refused to let me walk to get it stating "that's our job to get you your vehicle." Colonial was amazing! More

They said they would order my heated steering wheel and they didn’t . I had an appointment to do my oil change and the steering wheel at the same time. There were a few items that I found after the truck was returned to me. 1. the drain plug to the transfer case was not tightened, which resulted in a small leak. 2. after the tire rotation, the tire sens returned to me. 1. the drain plug to the transfer case was not tightened, which resulted in a small leak. 2. after the tire rotation, the tire sensors were not adjusted to represent the correct tire location (i.e. the rear tires are being represented as the front via the vehicles computer) 3. I continue to get alerts that my truck needs the work done on the airbag recall, however that was one of the items that was supposed to be completed. As the prices were very expensive, I would have hoped that all actions were completed at 100%. More
