I would recommend asking for Kevin by name if you visit this dealership. You won't be disappointed. I worked with Tom Palm on the paperwork and found him to be efficient, professional and courteous. I had to come back the next day and dealt with Luis. Good guy - filling in for Tom and knew where Tom and I left off. I also had the pleasure of working with Hunter on the tech side of the vehicle. Hunter knew his stuff and was patient and courteous. Sounds like the entire team is all on the same page in putting the customer first. In addition, the facility is always well maintained. To get this kind of culture, it has to start at the top - and John Nelson is the man! I have seen John over the years, and he has always asked if I am being taken care of, has always had a smile and has always thanked me for visiting them. Toyota dealership service vibes at a Range Rover. They just want to get that commission and after that customer can go to xxxx. Dealt with bmw and benz dealerships my whole life and they never ever disappoint you. You pay more for a car for a better experience but here at schamburg range its all about screwing customers just so they can hit their goals and make money. Purchased a 2021 Velar with 8k miles paid 80k out the door. Brakes were bad on the car and dealership advised that wifey drives the car with shaky brakes. Drove for a week, still same issue so really had to beg the dealership to change the brakes. They changed the pads only and didn't touch the rotors. Car still shakes and vibrates on braking and it is very dangerous for the wifey to be driving 90 miles a day daily with bad warped rotors. Stay away from this dealership and save yourself some time, effort and energy and pick a different range dealership. More
