Tow truck arrived @ 4:00am & towed car to Purchased 2013 RAV4 Sept. 8, 2016. December 13, 2016 car broke down in Fayetteville, NC on I-95 @ 2:00am. Tow truck arrived @ 4:00am & towed car to Rick Hendricks Toyota Scion in Fayetteville, NC. Slept in car in Dealer parking lot till Dealership opened. Upon inspecting my car they discovered that the bolts under the hood were red, but my car was blue. They went to the car fax report & found my car listed with report of it being in bad accident in July 2016. The car had whole front end rebuilt with different car parts, then was painted to match the rest of the.car. Upon the rebuild something was not put together properly & now I had an electrical problem which is a very costly problem I was told. It would take a long time to find the problem & might not be repairable even if found. I was in the middle of moving from Leesburg, Fl to Royersford, PA & was to meet the moving van the next day so they could unpack my belongings into my new home. I called the extended warranty ins. Co. Was immediately told they do not cover electrical problems. The book said Gold Plus did have electrical coverage. They refused to help in any way- refused to get me a rental car when.book clearly states if customer is more than 100 miles from home a rental car is to.be provided. I was over 500 miles away which is a 7 hour plus drive- they refused! Next call to Phillips Toyota-the only way they would help was if I brought car back to their dealership. Car did not run, I was 500 miles away - they too refused a rental car or any help - so I was just stuck at the Fayetteville Toyota Dealership! Luckily my children were able to leave work & give entry to my new home to the movers. I never arrived till the 15th of December & was forced to purchase a brand new car as I did not have enough equity in Rav 4 with the short time that I had it! I am very very disappointed in Phillips Toyota Dealership! They should not be in business if they cannot do any better than this. I will never refer a soul to this establishment. More

Awesome personell My wife and I were looking for a new truck. AAA gave us 2 dealerships to choose from. I am truly glad we chose Phillips Toyota. We met salesperson My wife and I were looking for a new truck. AAA gave us 2 dealerships to choose from. I am truly glad we chose Phillips Toyota. We met salesperson Mike (Mikey) Khun. Mikey understood our needs, took the time to explain both trucks I was asking about. Mikey is very knowledgeable of the product he is selling. After explaining both vehicles, Mikey offered for my wife and I to test drive both vehicles. After we decided, on a vehicle. He took our trade to have it appraised, as soon as he came back he gave us the keys to our trade. First time I have seen this, most dealers keep the keys. After we had a deal, first offered was very appealing and fair. The sales manager came to meet us, unfortunately I do not recall his name. While the paper work was being completed, Mikey took us to meet Jim Ostic in service. I had some Toyota articles installed, this was done over a couple of days. Jim was always keeping me abreast of progress any time I went in. It took a couple of days not their fault. In reality it was no ones fault. I was extremely happy with final product. In finance I met Mr. Thomas Pardo, I was extremely happy with the numbers presented to me. Mr. Pardo, gave us an even better offer. Which we took. This is the first time I have seen a dealership do this. The few times I went in to have options installed, Mikey was not a salesperson who sells and forgets who you are. Every time I went he always came out to say hi and find out if things were going fine with the truck. Then he would go and check on it. I wish I had found out about this dealership years ago. We live in Ocala, I will go to Phillips in Leesburg for all my truck needs More
