I now have made my third new vehicle purchase, a 2016 Sierra. The Sierra is an outstanding truck and I've had care free driving with the last two. I have used their service department for all of the scheduled visits and have always been treated with respect and professionalism with the service team. My sales consultant, Devonte Banks maintained that same respect and was extremely easy to work with and answered all my questions and concerns along the way. Chris too was very helpful and knowledgeable from the finance process. It is clear that the culture throughout the organization is customer centric.
