He was very easy to work with: patient, informative, good humored and no pressure. When we came to pick up the car (the next day) he explained all the features in detail and made sure that we didn't have to wait around. Getting approved for financing and signing the paperwork with the help of Tom Portee took under 10 minutes - I was very pleasantly surprised. The car is only a few days old, but so far so good. I've never purchased a new car, so I don't have anything else to compare this experience with, but I would definitely recommend this dealership based on the experience I had last weekend. More

We felt we could trust Jeff to consider our choices and be honest in finalizing a deal. He stayed in touch during the lengthy production wait (3 months) and took the time to explain the new technological aspects of the car when we picked it up. So very patient with all my questions. Would definitely purchase another Subaru from Jeff (no one else). Tom Portee handled all the final paperwork quickly and efficiently and in a pleasant manner. Have also found that everyone in the service department is always friendly and helpful. What more could a customer ask for? Congratulations on having a terrific dealership and staff! More

When I received my new car, he went through all the functions in detail and got me all set-up and ready-to-go with Bluetooth connectivity. My experience with Tom Portee in the Finance department was great as well! The overall atmosphere at the dealership was relaxed and welcoming! In a nutshell - a breath of fresh air as compared to other dealerships in the area. Not to mention, my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek in Desert Khaki is a true beauty - inside and out!! I LOVE it!! More
