When she found the vehicle that was comfortable for her the purchase procedure and paperwork were "no hassle." We checked AAA and then connected with Dan Lidestri online. And we are glad we followed our friends' and AAA's advice. Dan Lidestri was informative and helpful, and never pushy, and the trade-in/purchase process was as smooth as any we'd experienced with MB thanks to Dan on sales and Henry Dobson on the trade-in. Tom Portee handled our loan application with humor and grace. And we even had a chance to meet Augie in service. A great team! Looking forward to years of happiness in our 2016 Forester.
