Jeff is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and not your typical obnoxious sales person who you want to punch in the face. I will be purchasing my own Subaru in the next year or two and Jeff will be the first person I contact. Tom was the finance person we dealt with and again another staff that I have nothing bad to say about. He probably hates our guts for turning down the extended warranty, but I told my parents to give him a call in case they change their mind before the 3 years limited warranty is up. More

We went to Liberty after a not-so-good experience looking at and pricing cars at another dealership in the area. I called before we stopped by and was connected to Tom Quinn whom I told what we were looking at and pricing cars at another dealership in the area. He said that he did not have any vehicles on the lot or coming in shortly that met our criteria but we decided to stop by to take a good look at the options on the Forester. Well. lo and behold, by the time we arrived (about an hour later) Tom had found that he, indeed, had one coming in the next day. After looking at the options on one that was in stock we decided to go for the one that was coming in (the color was exactly what we wanted too!). We got a Great price on the vehicle and a good price on our trade. After meeting Tom in person we found that we had met both him and Henry at their previous life, a Toyota dealer !! Kevin did a great job explaining all the financial stuff and Dan fielded the needed questions regarding documentation from our Insurance carrier. Also, Tom Portee made the closing process painless (or as painless as possible). We would DEFINITELY go to Liberty again (and, recommend them to our friends!) More
