Dan sent m recommendation looking for a new 2014 Forester. When I arrived, I met with sales manager Dan Cohen who was very professional and friendly. Dan sent me to salesman Jeff Miletta to help me find the car I wanted and to explain how leasing worked since I have never leased before. Well, 2 1/2 hours and dozens of questions later, Jeff was still as patient and professional as he was when I had met him earlier. I never felt rushed or as if I was "bothering" him at any time. Jeff was truly interested in getting me the best deal possible and was very personable in the process. After the easy decision to purchase the car, I was sent to Tom Portee to work out the finance numbers. Tom, as with Dan and Jeff, was very helpful and professional. After a short introductory phone conversation with Tom Quinn about the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I decided I would take a chance, and a car service (about 15 miles), to buy the new car I was told was Quinn about the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I decided I would take a chance, and a car service (about 15 miles), to buy the new car I was told was in stock. Indeed, as promised, a few hours later I was on my way in my new Forester. Tom was absolutely fantastic to do business with. With his no-nonsense attitude, politeness, patience and knowledge of the vehicles,he provided me with good advice without trying to upsell anything. As for the price, I think I would have been hard pressed to find a better one. As for the financing process, it was handled quickly and efficiently by Tom Portee. Again, great terms, no up-selling, and pleasure to deal with. Tom also made me feel at home thanks to his great personality. I highly recommend the dealership and the two gentlemen I had the pleasure to deal with in particular. More
