We could not be more pleased with the experience of working with from Jeff MIletta. He explained everything VERY CLEARLY and offered numerous options with NO hard sell. Also note that they do not add working with from Jeff MIletta. He explained everything VERY CLEARLY and offered numerous options with NO hard sell. Also note that they do not add onto the sticker price and other fees are reasonable. The same goes for Tom in finance, the loan process was very quick and painless. More

Jeff Miletta helped us get into our new Solterra. He went above and beyond to get us our vehicle delivered on our requested date and time, even during a very busy holiday week! Sebastian helped show He went above and beyond to get us our vehicle delivered on our requested date and time, even during a very busy holiday week! Sebastian helped show us the features of the vehicle and we were impressed over how knowledgable he was on a completely new vehicle. Tom made an otherwise tedious financing process very streamlined so we were in and out of the dealership with a brand new car in an hour! Happy with my experience here and would definitely return. I have always wanted to purchase a vehicle from Liberty Subaru due to its family-owned feel rather than from one of the large dealership conglomerates nearby. I met with Anthony Cirillo a few times to disc Subaru due to its family-owned feel rather than from one of the large dealership conglomerates nearby. I met with Anthony Cirillo a few times to discuss the vehicle and options I was interested in. He was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was easy to communicate with and always followed up when and how he said he would and with actual answers. The price negotiation was smooth and easy. I've never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. If I could change one thing, I wish he'd been more enthusiastic about the car as it would have helped me get excited about the purchase as well. Finance was less fun. Isn't it always. Not up for any negotiation despite my buying quite a few extras. My first service visit was less spectacular. I made an apointment and requested info on installing an accessory. When I arrived, they acknowledged my appointment but nothing about my request. When I asked how much, I was told "I'd have to find out." Um, yes that's the point. They never did despite asking several times while I was there. I left with the rep noting that he would have to research the price. I never got a response. I also didn't get a complimentary car wash which is supposed to be with every service. And finally, they also didn't do a needed software update. So I had to make a return visit. On my 2nd service visit. they did the software update. I was there over 2.5 hours and it didn't help at all connecting to Android Auto. I requested a complimentary car wash which they did and which I wish they hadn't. I must have been the last car of the day as they didn't bother to dry it. Okay, maybe they don't but the windows were all streaked ... maybe from wet and dirty rags. The car was all spotted too from the water spots. The next day I took it for a paid car wash. So all in all, purchase process went well. Car is great. Service department, so far not a fan. More
