Amazing Experience, purchased NEW 2019 STI. I honestly can't thank Dimitri enough for all the help I received, from the test drive to when I left with the car. He is incredibly knowledgeable and I honestly can't thank Dimitri enough for all the help I received, from the test drive to when I left with the car. He is incredibly knowledgeable and does a great job of teaching stick. I haven't driven a stick in well over 6+ yrs, and driving a 310 HP stick had me a little anxious. Dmitri had me take the car out with him, and this guy essentially retaught me how to drive stick. We went over downshifting, up shifting, reversing, how to move when stopped on a hill, throughout this entire experience, not once did Dimitri try to rush me. He let me take my time, and created a comfortable environment for me to learn and acquaint myself with this car. After we did the test drive on the STI, he let me take out the WRX - I was curious to see the difference. The STI blew it out of the water, and now that I felt comfortable driving stick again - we sat down to negotiate price. I have contacted every Subaru dealership from Kerbeck Subaru (Atlantic City) all the way to A&T Subaru in PA. These guys provided not only the best price, but the best car buying experience. My 2019 was ordered from the factory. I received a call when it arrived and scheduled to pick it up on a Saturday. This car was cleaned, waxed, and felt so fresh removing all the film/wrapping off. When I arrived to pick up my car, Dimitri came outside and greeted me - we went over the outside as well as the inside to make sure there were no issues. Then before having me sign off, they let me take it for another drive. I was feeling a little nervous but thankfully Dimitri offered to help me out, and I gladly accepted. We went around the block, and practiced shifting through the lower gears - until I felt comfortable. At that point, we headed back - I signed off, and felt ready to take the 1:30hr drive home. I could not have asked for a better experience. They made me feel comfortable, they took their time and helped me get acquainted with the car, didn't rush me or try to upsell me like most of the other dealerships with some xx add on. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience or customer service. Even my dad who gave me a lift and owns a 16' Forester that was purchased new from a local dealership, was impressed by the service. If you're looking for a Subaru definitely go to Liberty and ask for Dimitri. If you're interested in a manual - then I cannot recommend anyone better than Dimitri's - manual driving guru. Thanks again to Dimitri and everyone at Liberty Subaru - I couldn't be more hyped driving my dream car. More

John Clarke is how every salesman should be- genuine and attentive, personable and knowledgeable, helpful above and beyond, with no pressure, no sales gimmicks! He helped to choose the features I was interested in and helped to narrow down to a specific configuration of a Crosstrek '19. After the purchase he patiently and thoroughly went over dashboard, controls and features explaining how things work and where is what. Painless! John Clarke was our salesman on our lease of a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek to replace a 2015 Subaru Impreza we had also leased from Liberty Subaru. John is honest, personable and professional, and is just a pleasure to work with. We felt no pressure and no hard sell as is often the case with other auto dealers and car salesman. Also uncharacteristic of other dealers my wife and I have dealt with, Tom Portee who did the final increasingly complex paper work, was also a pleasure. No last minute up-sells and or surprises. Just a great experience start to finish. We had the same good experience when we leased the 2015 Impreza with Jeff Miletta as our salesman so we can say that Liberty Subaru has been at the top of their game for some time. We will definitely return for our next Subaru when our current lease is up. As for me, I have been buying or leasing cars for over 40 years so I have seen good and bad dealers. In my experience, Liberty Subaru is one if the best! More

Easiest Ever Automobile Purchase As a subscriber to Consumer Reports, I found the Subaru Forester very highly rated. I also saw numerous times the tv commercial for this dealership an As a subscriber to Consumer Reports, I found the Subaru Forester very highly rated. I also saw numerous times the tv commercial for this dealership and wondered if what it said could be true, the sceptic that I am, having a bad experience with a previous dealership. I went on line and was contacted by Brian Goon, who emailed me prices on several models. One in particular met my expectations. My wife and I visited the dealership and met Brian who was relaxed and informative. He pointed out various features of the model we were interested in. The price was reasonable and I asked if it could be lowered. He was willing to lower it again to a reasonable number. We signed on the dotted line and were referred to the Finance Manager, Tom Partee, who explained every detail to the financing agreement in easy understandable terms, including zero % financing for 48 months. We picked up the vehicle several days later. Brian took the time to explain every feature including the technology which was overwhelming to me since my previous car was 11 years old. Everyone I met at the dealership was courteous and welcoming to me as a new purchaser. I returned several days later to pick up my plates and had Brian go over some of the technology I was confused about. Again he was very patient with me in explaining those items. I have to admit, everything the staff says in the. Commercial is true. It was a pleasing experience and I look forward to servicing my new car at this dealership. More
