You know what Vehicle you want when you come in, so the Vehicle sells itself. I would recommend Dan Lidestri to my friends. Dan treats you like a friend, not as a Salesman. Tom Portee was knowledgeable about the business side of buying. Tom explained everything to me, including the 8 year/80000 mile extended Warranty which is an excellent deal! I bought my 2018 Crosstrek with a Personal Check, most Dealers would ask for a Cashiers Check. Tom is a very friendly guy. I can see why this Dealership is so popular with buyers. Straight forward and Friendly experience We went to Liberty Subaru in Emerson, NJ originally to have our Subaru serviced. We met with Bryan Vignali and he was very knowledgeable. Our car had been stolen and there was minor damage to the back end. In addition, our current vehicle had been driven quite a bit (it was 5 years old) and so it was in need of some expected maintenance. Bryan was able to get a price sheet to us in a timely manner and answer questions that we had. While we were there, we saw their new cars in the show room and decided to meet with Brian Goon. Brian sat down and discussed what we were considering with us and what car we currently had. Brian created a sheet for each of our considerations and was straight forward with the numbers. We weren't left wondering where he was finding the numbers he was offering to us. The offer sheets were made with hard fast numbers and not numbers that were generalized which allowed us to really know what we were working with. Brian also was able to help us make the decision of whether or not to stay in our current vehicle or to upgrade. He was a solution finder for each concern we raised. He did not push us one way or another and really listened to us and helped us with our thought process. Tom Portee helped us complete the financing of our deal and he, also, made the experience as easy and straight forward as possible. He helped us to make some decisions concerning our financing and insurance/warranty options. I would highly recommend him as well. More
