He was not pushy and let me lead at my pace, and was very prompt with each step, no games or waiting around. Tom was great in helping me get all the finance papers in order, and did not give me trouble when changing my mind about warranty add-ons, he was understanding when realizing the budget concern. He explained everything in full detail more than once and made sure I understood everything. Both were professional and always very helpful. Only problem I had was a headlight not working a few minutes after I left. Called Ed promptly and he assured it would be handled next visit. Easiest and by far best car buying experience, I will definitely buy here again and recommend to everyone looking for a Subaru. More

As stressful as it is to give up my old car, salesman Daniel Lidestri and Tom Portee made the whole process smooth and stress free. Such a great team over at Liberty, it’s nice to walk into a dealership without overly aggressive salespeople. The vehicles may sell themselves but dealing with the sales people can sometimes be too much, Daniel Lidestri and the team at Liberty excel in both great vehicle selection and great salesmanship! He was patient and really made an effort to make the entire process as easy as could be. I had him running back and forth to get numbers on multiple vehicles, but he was never hesitant to help and always maintained a positive attitude. He was taking a vacation the following week, but he made sure that my STi would be delivered by that Saturday prior to him leaving. On that Saturday we dealt with Business Manager, Tom Portee, who was friendly and managed to get me in and out in under an hour. 10/10 Experience overall and would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy a new Subaru.
