From start to finish, Cyrus was not only a genuinely honest and friendly person but an excellent salesman as well. He put in a lot of effort to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase; from organizing detailed info about the cars of interest, then running around the Liberty lot trying out different Crosstreks, to driving to another storage lot to check out more, discussing and explaining every detail of the vehicles + expenses very clearly and patiently, to finding exactly the vehicle and price I wanted. Even with his extremely busy schedule, Cyrus made sure to make follow-up calls about my vehicle and inform me of any insurance/registration updates. When it was time to pick-up my ordered vehicle, Cyrus showed an extensive amount of knowledge about the vehicle.
