Checked out a few different dealerships and Tom gave us the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few oth the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few other sales people while doing my research, he was the only one who clearly explained their function and how it helps recharge the battery and act as downshifting. Very happy with the experience. More
