This was my 3rd purchase from Valley Honda. It has always been one of the cleanest and most helpful friendly staff. We had started our search with Tom who gave us the tour of vehicle and brok It has always been one of the cleanest and most helpful friendly staff. We had started our search with Tom who gave us the tour of vehicle and broke down the differance for me, explaining all options. My BIG concern on this purchase was going to be how easily to would be to transport my hanicapped sister and all the walkers and such items. Since it is very difficult to get my sister out, Tom offered for us to take the car for a few hours, pick her up and make sure she was comfortable getting in and out. That worked out wonderfully. When we came back, Larry was our go to person now. He was very helpful also and went over more details with us. Also, we were trading in a vehicle that needed my sisters signature, Larry offered to follow us home to get the final paperwork completed. I can not express how much that small gesture meant to me. His kindness was well above expectation. Thank you Larry and Tom Valley Honda is my Forever Dealership More

Checked out a few different dealerships and Tom gave us the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few oth the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few other sales people while doing my research, he was the only one who clearly explained their function and how it helps recharge the battery and act as downshifting.
