It was nice to drive away from the dealership having been shown the unique features of the car rather than having to try and figure them out myself. Easy and Professional I contacted Audi Silver Spring when I saw an ad on the internet for a 2009 Lexus RX350. I had checked out a few at other dealers, but usually found t I contacted Audi Silver Spring when I saw an ad on the internet for a 2009 Lexus RX350. I had checked out a few at other dealers, but usually found the cars weren't there, or were in questionable condition. At Audi SS I found just what I was looking for, in excellent condition. Tom Schweiss was easy to work with and gave no pressure to buy. However, once I decided on this vehicle he walked me through each step and made sure all the T's were crossed and I's dotted. The car I chose was in fine condition, but Audi planned to "detail" it anyway. They even provided a 12 month, 12,000 mi. warranty as part of the purchase. When I went to pick up this previously owned vehicle, it was in like-new condition thanks to Audi. More
