This dealership is great if you are a man purchasing a car. If you are a woman avoid this dealership. My husband and I purchased a car for our daughter. After receiving the first i contacted them and indicated my displeasure it was explained to me that this was a data entry/IT problem and they would look into it. Well I have received 2 more notes both to my husband. in 25 years we have purchased exclusively Ford vehicles 4 in Jefferson City and they have NEVER given me good service. When we travel to Kansas City or St. Louis we always get outstanding service. I cannot believe that in this day and age I would have to tolerate such disrespect. Again, if you are a man -- go for it buy here -- they want you as a customer. But if you are woman I would suggest you go somewhere that their IT systems have caught up with this century. More
