Excellent Customer Service We bought a 2010 Nissan Frontier from Mike Rogers. The salesman was outstanding, knowledgeable, and no pressure. He was able to answer our questions. Improved Customer Service I bought my 2013 Ford Fiesta in 2012 from Randy Wells. Despite a miscommunication, I was super happy with a vehicle I could count on! After driving I bought my 2013 Ford Fiesta in 2012 from Randy Wells. Despite a miscommunication, I was super happy with a vehicle I could count on! After driving the car for 87,000 miles, I had repeated issues with one of the recalls on the Fiesta. In order to make the situation right, financial guy, Mike Slikerd, worked with me to get me into a great, customized deal on a replacement! Randy Wells closed out the deal and I was on my way in my new 2016 Ford Focus (the car I couldn't afford in 2012)! I am very impressed with the effort Ford has put into making sure the deal fit me personally! Thanks for improving business practices all around! I will continue to buy from Randy. More

Disappointing Dealership We spent approximately 6 months looking for a used vehicle that fit our needs at locations all over our state. A vehicle that fit what we needed came We spent approximately 6 months looking for a used vehicle that fit our needs at locations all over our state. A vehicle that fit what we needed came available at Joe Machens Capital City. The sales representative we worked with was great (Devon Henry)! Unfortunately, the 2014 Pathfinder we purchased was not sent through ANY sort of check system as within two weeks of ownership, it was being towed from our driveway as it needed a new transmission. The whole process of getting it repaired, securing a loaner car during the repairs, and then what followed with dealing with the dealership that sold us the vehicle (Joe Machens Capital City) was absolutely and utterly disappointing. When we expressed our concerns with the vehicle and keeping it, we were told they would work with us in finding a replacement vehicle if we chose to do that. Back to square one of what we had spent 6 months doing...searching for a vehicle.....again. The process of replacing the lemon vehicle they sold us was to be a basic trade in. No...not convenient at all. We told the dealership to find us a replacement any way as we were no longer comfortable in this vehicle that left us stranded with needing a NEW TRANSMISSION at only 48,000 miles and that had a $29,000 price tag. I have saved the emails....we were told they were going to find us what we needed (I sent an itemized list of what we wanted in a vehicle...a simple internet search would have found what we needed within a few MINUTES!) It's been one month today....we haven't heard ONE WORD from the dealership that gave us nothing but words, a $29,000 vehicle that needed a new transmission and has us concerned we will be stranded on the side of the road....again.... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Their definition of customer service is dismal. Once the sale is made, they are done with you. We are the proof of this. When a customer expresses their level of dissatisfaction to the point we did, SOMETHING should be done to take care of them. NOT at Joe Machens Capital City. More
