Fast & friendly service!! I brought the Accord in for its oil change and an hour later Tom informed me of some other issues on the horizon. He told me my car looks great and he could tell I have had it well maintained, he didn't try to sell me anything I don't need and that is most appreciated! The integrity and honesty of Honda Service Techs has always been the main reason I only get my car serviced at Honda. My car was done within 45 minutes even though service was booked up. The receptionist who got me scheduled was super friendly. I spoke to some of the sales reps while I was there and I liked that they just chatted about the cars but did not pressure me into buying a new one. I will request Tom for my next service appointment from now on. I bought my first 1997 Honda civic from Arrowhead Honda, I moved a lot and I am now back in Glendale so of course Arrowhead Honda will be my number one dealer again! I am now on my 4th Honda since 1997. Thank you, Kelly Criner More

Outstanding I called Tom Urbina at about 9:30 AM and asked him if I could come in and get a oil change for my Honda Pilot. We set it up for me to come in that day I called Tom Urbina at about 9:30 AM and asked him if I could come in and get a oil change for my Honda Pilot. We set it up for me to come in that day at 2 PM. I was met by him at that time and my service was completed in a very short time to my satisfaction. More

Thanks Tom! You are easy to deal with and no non-sense! I stopped by Arrowhead Honda to have a nail in my tire repaired..... Turns out the nail was too close to the sidewall making the tire nonrepairable. M I stopped by Arrowhead Honda to have a nail in my tire repaired..... Turns out the nail was too close to the sidewall making the tire nonrepairable. My tires already had over 50,000 miles on them and I knew it was almost time to replace them. I had done some shopping around and knew what kind of price I was looking at Discount Tire Co. When my service manager Tom Urbina gave me the update on my vehicle he was thorough and explained my options in detail. He then offered me a very competitive price and said they could have my tires mounted in an hour. I had Tom replace all four tires and left feeling like I got a good deal, in less than an hour. I have dealt with Tom on more than one occasion and every time he takes the time to explain things well and actually seems to care about making his customer happy. Thanks Tom, I will be coming back in the future. More
