John Lipe was extremely helpful and patient with my elderly Mom as we searched for a vehicle that fix all her needs and wants. I truly appreciate all the time he spent with us to make sure my Mom was elderly Mom as we searched for a vehicle that fix all her needs and wants. I truly appreciate all the time he spent with us to make sure my Mom was happy with her purchase and she knew how to use all the Jeep Renegade's features. He even paired her phone and set all her gospel radio stations LOL. More

Bikini Blue Renegade! I wasn't planning on buying a new vehicle until Oct of this year but I saw this bright blue/green Renegade on line and it was love at fist sight! Bobb I wasn't planning on buying a new vehicle until Oct of this year but I saw this bright blue/green Renegade on line and it was love at fist sight! Bobby took me out for a test drive and it was over. I had to have it LOL. It's been a long time since I've bought a vehicle from a dealership but Bobby made the steps easy and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. He even took the time to program in my favorite radio stations. Thanks Bobby!! Everyone that I encountered at Guest's South Oak dealership was truly amazing. More

Sales are great service is not Brought in my jeep for service the first time they had it for two weeks andforgot to service two things. Brought it in to get repaired a second time Brought in my jeep for service the first time they had it for two weeks andforgot to service two things. Brought it in to get repaired a second time they had it for 10 days it has been over a month now and I’m still waiting for parts.they also installed the wrong parts ( they will work but not the best choice) instead of calling me to tell me that they just installed them anyway. Waste of time I came in because I had a strut leaking. I had a 7:50 appointment. No one came to talk to me until almost 11:00. When they called my name, I thought t I came in because I had a strut leaking. I had a 7:50 appointment. No one came to talk to me until almost 11:00. When they called my name, I thought they were finished, but they hadn’t started any work on my car. It took over 3 hours to confirm that the strut is leaking, but the part wasn’t in stock. I’m not sure what the point of an appointment is if it takes over 3 hours to confirm what I already told them and they didn’t have the part even though they knew that what I was coming in for. Their quote was also $400 more than my local mechanic. I won’t be back. More
