I recently came out of a lease and went to his sales contact, Barry Pasqualini. He listened to the type of vehicle that I wanted, and when I came to the dealership the first time, he already had the vehicle priced out and ready for a test drive. He respected my time and my budget. Everyone at the dealership, including the General Manager Tom Zvon, was courteous and friendly. TRAVELLED OUT OF STATE FOR OUT OF THIS WORLD SERVICE I wanted to surprise my wife for Christmas with a fully loaded Ford Explorer that she had rented while she was visiting her mother in Florida. I chec I wanted to surprise my wife for Christmas with a fully loaded Ford Explorer that she had rented while she was visiting her mother in Florida. I checked out a few Ford dealerships where i live at in LONG ISLAND. The selection was fair and the salesmen were typical. When I saw my wife's dream Explorer online at STAMFORD FORD LINCOLN at a price considerably lower than what I've seen thus far in Long Island, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with a young enthusiastic salesman by the name of BRENDY PUJOLS. I specifically told him that I was traveling from 2 hours away and to please let me know if the advertised Suv was still available and if it's in great condition. He assured me that it was. So I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate for the long travel. When my brother and I arrived there we were IMMEDIATELY greeted by a super friendly and accomoding young lady at the front of the showroom. She was kind enough to escort (as opposed to pointing ) us to the restroom and offered us gratuitous coffee and beverages while we waited for Brendy. I must say that there was a slight mixup with the appointment time HOWEVER the General Manager Tom( who obviously takes pride of his beautiful showroom) handled it with great professionalism. Brendy went far and beyond his call of duty to assure that I was completely satisfied. There were no pressure tactics and the finance manager ANDRES got me a great rate as well. Since I bought the Explorer, which my wife LOVES, I called twice to ask how to operate some of the advanced features and BOTH times Brendy returned my call within the hour with the answer which shows the most important part of any sales experience -he was there to provide for the customer AFTER THE SALE! I strongly recommend anyone within an 100 mile radius to give STAMFORD FORD LINCOLN along with BRENDY PUJOLS a try for your business! More

New 2015 Ford F150 Platinum Delivery was great until I got home with the vehicle and noticed paint scratches on the pillars on both sides and a knick on the drivers door from som Delivery was great until I got home with the vehicle and noticed paint scratches on the pillars on both sides and a knick on the drivers door from someone opening the door into a wall. The scratches were clearly caused by someone rubbing new paint with a dirty rag. Protective plastic was still on a badge on the front seats as was a sticker on the bumper from the factory. So, I'd argue that the vehicle prep team doesn't know what they are doing and doesn't care that they are damaging new paint. And, management is not checking their work as it was delivered in this condition. My sales rep said all the right things about getting it repaired, but I bought a new truck with factory paint. Not a new truck with dealer paint. I've sent photos of the damage to the dealer and will update this review with their response. This website will not permit uploads unfortunately. May 3 Update - The dealer owner, Dominic, offered to order a new, identical truck. Wow! Problem is I have to return the truck I just took delivery of leaving me with no vehicle for the 8-10 weeks it will take for a replacement to be build and delivered. How am I going to live without a vehicle? Pretty cynical offer. How many of you can go without a vehicle for 8-10 weeks? Thanks Dominic. So, I am left with no option but to have the paint repaired. Again, I bought a new truck with factory paint and they are making me accept a new truck with body shop paint and I still paid full price. I love the truck but hate how I have been forced to accept damage caused by Stamford Ford Lincoln. More

Professional, Courteous, Intelligent, Trustworthy! Just bought a 2015 Platinum Ford Expedition for my wife! I am a Global Sales Consultant for a Fortune 50 IT Company and found this buying experience Just bought a 2015 Platinum Ford Expedition for my wife! I am a Global Sales Consultant for a Fortune 50 IT Company and found this buying experience to be efficient, positive, and refreshing. That being said, Stamford Ford is a customer centric dealership at it's core. This pervasive service business culture and customer first attitude is consistent among all departments at Stamford Ford. ((Whether Pre Sales, Sales, Service & Support.. FYI We have an older expedition that we kept for our kids and we have had it serviced at Stamford Ford since moving to CT years ago.) Bob Hermanns, my Salesman, was extremely personable, knowledgable, professional and is a man of integrity. The Sales Manager/GM Tom Zvon and Owner Dom Franchella were also of the same fabric and were actively engaged and supportive throughout the process/customer experience. It is clear that Stamford Ford has cracked the code by hiring top notch sales professionals like Bob Hermanns, and by implementing a customer focused, rather than transactional sales, approach to the Ford buying experience. Stamford Ford worth giving strong consideration to when looking for your next car! More

The staff upon walking in (even for service) is always mega friendly and makes sure you know where you are going. You are never left waiting for someone to notice you like some places. There is a nice waiting area for service with seats, coffee/hot cocoa maker and TV. My salesman PJ Uva was always on time, friendly and genuinely willing to answer any questions without pressuring me. I felt like all of the people I dealt with were very willing to go above and beyond for me. Paperwork was simple and completed relatively quickly compared to my last experience at another dealership. Everything was explained to me very clearly from the Certification and paperwork to the technological functionalities on the dashboard. Overall great experience, no pressure and pretty effortless from my end. More
