Customer Service I purchased a used vehicle from Stamford Ford on a Friday and once i got home i found the condition of the vehicle should have been better. On Saturda I purchased a used vehicle from Stamford Ford on a Friday and once i got home i found the condition of the vehicle should have been better. On Saturday i spoke with the salesman and apologies were given but did not end there. Om Monday, Tom, the General Manager called me to once more apologize and make it right for me. Tom listened to my problem and did not once try to make excuses, he stressed customer satisfaction on every vehicle they sell. Tom made this customer very satisfied with his rectifying of my problem. I will, and actually have, recommended this dealership to people i know and will continue in the future. It's good to know that a dealership takes customer service seriously. More
