They went above and beyond and found my truck at another dealership. Of course, we spent a bit of time "haggling" out a fair price. However, at no time I felt uneasy or disrespected. Long story short, I bought the Nissan Kicks and have a greater appreciation for the diligence expressed by the Gates Dealership. Economy is not at its best but necessity causes a purchase. Originally looking for and directed to Gates for a used Kia Serento. Didn't pass muster. So instead of just walking away, Thom says, "wait!, There is something that can be done". My time is as valuable as anybody else. Ten minutes, maybe, he gets me a Nissan Altima. Nice car. Too showy. The next vehicle is a Nissan Kicks. Vehicle fits the muster. Total time expended is less than three hours over two days. With all of my verbose, this dealership wants to earn trust so you will return. I will return. I will go to Gates to get my next vehicle. I recommend Gates for anything regarding automotive questions. Sales, service, damage repair and even detailing. More
