Service was above expectations. Tomm Burkart was professional from the start. I brought my car in for some recall notices and an oil change. When Tomm sat in my 2103 Hyundai Sonata I Tomm Burkart was professional from the start. I brought my car in for some recall notices and an oil change. When Tomm sat in my 2103 Hyundai Sonata I inquired about the peeling of the steering wheel inserts. I was surprised when he advised me that that was under warranty! Tomm was conscientious of my time and had me in and out quickly. Thank you Tomm! More

He was very responsive and efficient and I would highly recommend him (and Crown Hyundai) to anyone in the market for a car. Tomm Burkat has been my Service Advisor for 5+ years and is always really helpful, friendly, and efficient, as well as knowledgeable. Leslie Magruder was able to get me quickly through the finance end while also doing a thorough job. More

Great customer service! I have a 2012 Hyundai Veloster, only very minor troubles after 5 and a half years, easily taken care of by the service department. I am in the market for a new car soon and one of the reasons I will return to Crown Hyundai is to keep Tomm Burkart as my Service Advisor, truly an asset to Crown Hyundai. More

Very happy and very satisfied. Tom Burkart has been my go to person since 2012 when purchased my Veloster. I have never been disappointed. Crown Hyundai - St. Pete Just bought my second car from this dealership. My salesperson, Luis Flores, was outstanding. Very professional and courteous. He was very easy to Just bought my second car from this dealership. My salesperson, Luis Flores, was outstanding. Very professional and courteous. He was very easy to work with. Also worked with Brian Casey, whom also was extremely courteous and professional. Both gentlemen provided top notch customer service. I also bring my cars there for service, and work with Tomm Burkart. Tom is always friendly, and tries his hardest to get me in and out timely for my service appointments. Then there's Damien Lambert. He was my finance guy. He's the only reason why I gave 4 stars on my review instead of 5. He's like a 12 year old on a power trip. Just avoid him, and ask for a different finance guy. Overall, I really like this dealership, and their customer service. I was greeted at the door every time, and yet no one was overly aggressive. It was a pleasant experience. More
