We actually started our day on 1/31 at Ferman Ford in Clearwater where we made an offer on a preowned Ridgeline that they didn’t accept (or counteroffer) but have already discounted the truck $1,000 sinc Clearwater where we made an offer on a preowned Ridgeline that they didn’t accept (or counteroffer) but have already discounted the truck $1,000 since Tuesday. Even though we had reservations about Ferman Chevy Brandon, due to bad experiences with their service department, our sales person (Cody) knew how to deliver and close the deal. We were even allowed to use our own financing with USAA, which Ferman Ford was not going to allow us to do. The only hiccup with the whole process was the delay with getting our 2019 Frontier back from being detailed. Update 2/14: I washed my truck for the first time on 2/10, and unfortunately the rear driver's side door leaks a lot of water. I suspect this may have been the cause of the delay (getting the interior dry) when the truck was detailed the day I purchased it. I reached out to my sales person (Cody) via text on 2/10 and Tommy Farruggio via email on 2/11 about the issue. I've received no reply from either of them....No service after the sale, so that will be the last vehicle I'll buy from Ferman Brandon. More

I have bought many cars over many years (I'm 70)! !) and few dealers ever impress me. I wanted to buy a new C8 Corvette and every dealer I contracted in Florida, Texas and California rejected my reque !) and few dealers ever impress me. I wanted to buy a new C8 Corvette and every dealer I contracted in Florida, Texas and California rejected my request as 'no availability'. I called Chevrolet they were no better, EXCEPT they suggested I should contact Ferman Chevrolet in Tampa.. I did and was glad that I did. For the first time, rather than telling me what I could not do, they (Tommy, corvette sales manager) told me what he could do.... needless to say I am now the proud owner of an amazing C8 2023 corvette. More importantly, the car was built to my specification, was priced as published, and delivered on time. Amazing.. And to Top it all when I flew to Tampa to collect the car, Tommy sent a driver (thank you Jose) to meet my flight (6pm at night) and drive me to the dealer. Tommy sat in the car with me took me through everything and I drove away with a BIG smile on my face. And credit to Chevrolet, you have built an amazing car in the 2023 model year, amazing. The story does not end there, on my way to Orlando Tommy call my cell phone to ask if all was going well, this is now Friday night 7:30pm... And he calls again on Sunday 2 days later to check in again... I am lost for words. Ferman Chevrolet culture truly broadcasts that customers are not an interruption to their day but the purpose of it. World class service from a world class dealer.. Thank you Tommy... amazing.. I am still smiling...... and I don't expect that to change... To the owner of Ferman... a job well done, thank you... More
