Uninviting Sales Man I arrived at the dealership ready to leave the lot with a used car. From the start, Mr. Haynes seemed bothered by my request to test drive multiple cars with my mother. After deciding on a vehicle, we proceeded inside. Throughout the entire process thus far, no small talk or cordial conversation was even attempted. I was looking at purchasing at 2016 Jetta, of which I had done extensive research. I am also an experienced mechanic, albeit a woman. I was aware of the stereotype that women in dealerships are ill-treated, however I experienced this first-hand. He seemed uninterested in any negotiations, and negated any true statements or points brought up by myself about the type of transmission and accompanying work required, true market value, etc. At one point he even laughed in my and my mothers face. I felt undervalued, and like I was being taken as a joke. I can understand that everyone needs to make a living, and it is his job to get the best price for the dealership. But this was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. More

Also not trying to get me to spend more than I wanted to, and explained and knew so much about ALL cars, positive and negative attributes and what I really needed! Kudos to him to help a short girl find the perfect car that I fit in! Also, Anthony Smith (Finance Manager) was extremely nice and went over everything in the paperwork and warranty information, being very helpful explaining each and every thing that was covered and his recommendations. Couldn't have asked for nicer or more helpful people. Thank you both! More

Just terrible I bought my car a year ago and bought all the extra warranties that were offered. I noticed a year later after trying to do a claim for my ding shield warranty that ALL my warranties have a different VIN number, the warranties are on someone else's vehicle!!! I've called for two weeks straight and no one has been able to help me out to get this fixed. I am so frustrated with all of this, this is Wildes error and not mine. They should fix it but keep passing me around More

Once I called and began to inquire about going forward, I quickly got the vibe that they were not too interested in selling the vehicle at that price. Finally Mr. Haynes outright said they could not sell at that price. Guess what, when or if your salesman makes a mistake or puts forward a written offer and it's not unreasonable, you eat it. This was over just $1800 from your advertised ASKING price on a $30,000 vehicle. Good luck to anyone dealing with this place. I wouldn't waste your time. More

Not satisfied with used car I purchased a Used car (VIN 5NPET46C89H450078 ) from Wilde Toyota (West Allis, WI) and within a day the TPMS indicator started showing up. I called up I purchased a Used car (VIN 5NPET46C89H450078 ) from Wilde Toyota (West Allis, WI) and within a day the TPMS indicator started showing up. I called up and was told might be due to tire pressure. Got the tire pressure filled in at 3 different places over a week just to realize that the TPMS indicator did not go off. Took back to Wilde Toyota service in West Allis, and not sure what they did, but the TPMS indicator went off at that time. Just next day, the TPMS indicator was back on. Later, went to Costco and got the tires check. They diagnosed and found that NONE OF THE TIRES HAD TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS MOUNTED ON THEM!!! Spent 260+ dollars on getting them installed. Costco mentioned in the service notes that no tire had sensor installed. They also told that sometimes the particular codes are put into diagnosis mode and hence the indicator will go off for a day or so. This is really cheating if it was done. They asked me to go back to Wilde Toyota and check as to WHY IT WAS NOT INFORMED TO ME BY WILDE TOYOTA AT THE TIME OF SALE THAT TIRES DID NOT HAVE SENSORS??? I went back and none of the Used Car Managers out in Wilde Toyota are ready to listen to this!!!! Did not expect this from Wilde Toyota. More

First Time Buyer I had been looking around for a few weeks, just to see what sort of vehicle I would really like to purchase when I happened upon Wilde Toyota. I had seen a few vehicles I really wanted to test drive, but I live almost two hours away from the dealership, so I put going on the back burner for a while. I had went to looking at dealerships closer to where I live, but none of the vehicles were the quality I had been hoping to find. I even test drove some of the vehicles, but they were either way above my budget, older than I would have liked, or had more than I wanted in mileage. After giving the more local dealerships a chance, I decided to at least test drive the vehicles I had seen online at Wilde. When I finally made the decision to contact Wilde about making an appointment to test drive some vehicles, I emailed them what days and times I would be available, not even ten minutes later and Tracy Sinner had gotten back to me with times they had available. We set the appointment, which was extremely quick and easy to do, and she answered all of the questions I had about the vehicles I was looking into. A few days later, I drove down to my appointment and met Tommy Haynes. He was extremely friendly, and even though I was a little early, he was already waiting outside for me. He already had the vehicle I really wanted to test drive waiting right outside the front door. After looking at the vehicle and test driving it, I was not one hundred percent sure it was the one I wanted. Tommy was very patient in finding out what I was looking for in a vehicle and showing me all of the options they had that would fit my criteria. I test drove a few of them, but I kept going back to the original vehicle I had picked out online. I knew it was the one, but I just had to make sure. Tommy was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was showing to me. I would definitely recommend Tommy to anyone looking for assistance in searching for the right used vehicle and Wilde to anyone looking for a vehicle in general. Thank you to everyone that helped! Great Deal! We were looking for a small suv to replace our Chevy HHR. I had bought the Chevy at Wilde several years ago, and had a great experience then so I figu We were looking for a small suv to replace our Chevy HHR. I had bought the Chevy at Wilde several years ago, and had a great experience then so I figured we'd try again. The quality of their used car selection is far and beyond better than what you'll find at most lots. They had several options that met our criteria and our budget. Tommy was ready with the keys for test drives on all the cars we even considered, and very knowledgable about the current inventory. When we weren't finding the right car after a few spins, he offered to bring out a Nissan Murano that had JUST been put on the website (no for sale sign yet). He mentioned that it was a little more than our budget, but it had a lot to offer. I was not mislead. The car was a top model, all options, bells, whistles, reliable, AWD SUV that was exactly what we were looking for. Tommy was very understanding when we said we wanted some time to consider the car, as it was over our original budget, and even let us take the car overnight for an extended test drive. Well the test drive brought up some concerns, as the radio shorted out for no apparent reason and one of the tire sensors failed. When we discussed that we loved the car, but wouldn't want a car without a radio, Wilde Toyota stood behind their vehicle and said they'd reserve the car while they fixed it. Tommy also took our concerns about how dirty the car was to heart and had it not only cleaned, but the leather interior detailed, and had it washed/buffed to help cover some of the dings/scratches. Our research bolstered our spirits as the car was listed at well below suggested retail/bluebook because of the dings/dents and wear to the leather interior. This was such a nice car that we would otherwise not even been able to consider! We returned a few days later after they had installed a new radio and cleaned it. I couldn't be happier! This car was exactly what we were looking for, and I got it at a great price. They even bought back my HHR at a great trade in price (another lot we looked at wouldn't even take it as a trade in!) I was happy with my first experience with Wilde, but I know for sure when I need a car, I'll be returning to Wilde FIRST! More
