"Ripped me off on tyres"

- Nnfjfj Verified Customer

You’re supposed to be able to trust the guy that sold you your car. They charged me 130 per tire for tires that were 70 bucks. All this after the stock tire runs thin within 24000 miles. Absolute ripoff. Will be servicing my car elsewhere from now on. A shame to Toyota culture. I literally paid the cost of four tires for two tires. Travesty.

We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with the price of your tires. We'd like to talk with your about the tires and see if we can come up with a solution. Please give our Customer Relations Manager Blair Brewer a call at (479) 845-1444. Thanks.

"Good People"

- ARTROOPER Verified Customer

Outstanding people to deal with when buying a car. Only negative thing I could possibly say is that the vehicle I bought had a fog light out. No reason for me to test it before I drove off the lot. Issue was covered under warranty, so they did correct any problems.

"Service"

- LennyFrancoeur

Stopped in for schedule service (25k oil change), Jason Jones and team found an obstruction in back right tire and fixed it quickly and effectively. During my wait, met with Tommy Moser who was very courteous and helpful. I will continue to do business with this fine gentlemen at Landers Toyota NW!

"Where is the customer service?"

- GUADALUPE7949 Verified Customer

From upper management, sales persons, service guys, everyone need to have a clear honest smile on their faces, they walk looking up and don't look at the service customers straight to their eyes. Three upper management guys walked individually very close by me and never looked at me nor smiled. I felt like I was an invisible person who was JUST having a $514.00 service job done to help them get a bigger fatter performance bonus. Lead by example! Great leaders develope great followers. This rating is for the entire crew, not only to the service dept.
