Steering wheel and touch screen had oil and or grease on them. A complimentary car wash would be welcome. Pick up took 30 minutes, had to ask receptionist if car was coming. This is my third time doing service with you, oil change, battery replacement, and tire replacements and all 3 services took 3 hours on different occasions.
