They forgot to reset oil light after oil change. They also didn’t fix speaker as they said they did. So, when we got home that night, the oil light was still on and the speaker didn’t work. These were the two primary reasons we brought the car in so now we have to go back again and the whole day was basically a waste. They also forgot that they had shuttled me to my office. If I hadn’t called, they would have forgotten to pick me up at the end of the day. It was hard to get hold of them throughout the day Lastly, they offered for me to do more services to the vehicle to help stay ahead of things breaking. That said, it felt really awkward and forced. He turned the paper over and wrote the costs on the back. It all happened so fast and felt like more of a sales pitch than serving the customer, so I declined. Collectively, felt like a waste of time. That said, the shuttle drivers were both very friendly and pleasant to deal with. More

Rainer was very rude, argumentative and disrespectful. When I walked out to my truck from the waiting room, I noticed my passenger window rolled down and when I got into my truck. I tried to roll up the passenger window from the driver's side and that's when I noticed that the button was broken. Per Lucas, the assistant manager, informed me that rolling down the passenger window is not something they do. However, I informed him of what I saw as well as sent a picture of what was broken. Lucas preceeded to dismiss the issue & told me that it was due to high mileage. I didn't have this issue prior to bringing my truck in for an oil change. I have never been so disrespected as a customer until I visited this location. I was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor by the name of "Tony Acock" but if course that never happened.
