Took my car in and was told what the issue was and paid to have it done. Got my car home next day and started it up and was making the same noise. Took my car back in and they told me it’s something else a to have it done. Got my car home next day and started it up and was making the same noise. Came in at my scheduled time and was quickly met by Bo, my technician, who rode along with me as I detailed what was going on. We were able to duplicate the issue in our test drive. We returned to the deal my technician, who rode along with me as I detailed what was going on. We were able to duplicate the issue in our test drive. We returned to the dealership were they arranged for my shuttle so I did not have to wait while the car was in the shop. They called me later that day and said it was ready! The car was washed and ready on my return with everything working great. Very good experience. More
