Tony is the best! He made the car leasing experience so easy and was super relatable. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a quick decision. Did not like paying forced $3,000 mile high protection plan coming from factory. Waiting for second key till after purchase is ??? all new cars should have two upon payment & delivery not whenever from plan coming from factory. My state of Colorado requires front/back licence plates, I have no attachment on the Front. In closing I might put 5,000 miles in a year, could lose my only key in 1 month, violate state policy? Auto purchased 10-8-2022. I know nothing of the other staff, Tony in sales and Jason in parts, they seem to be an asset towards my purchase at this time. More

Emich Kia and Tony made my latest car purchase one of the best experiences. Tony has been great to work with. He has been professional but personable, patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. I went to Emich best experiences. Tony has been great to work with. He has been professional but personable, patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. I went to Emich with my two kids to purchase a new Kia Telluride. Tony was from the beginning very engaged in the process. Even before the car arrived we were in regular contact about the ETA. He made sure that all necessary pre-work was done before I came to the dealership in order of a fast process. He made sure that I’m satisfied with the car, understand all the features and functions and he worked closely with other departments to optimize my experience and maximize the time in the store. Even after my purchase he reaches out regularly to check in and to make sure all my questions are answered. I can highly recommend Tony. More

RASISM +NO RESPECT TO INDIVIDUALS + NO RESPECT TO KIDS AND FAMILY + DISRESPECTFUL WORDS= EMICH KIA. (MR. TONY) The worst day that I have ever experienced. The worst sales person I have ever met in my l AND FAMILY + DISRESPECTFUL WORDS= EMICH KIA. (MR. TONY) The worst day that I have ever experienced. The worst sales person I have ever met in my life time. Rude, unprofessional behavior, intolerable attitude, irresponsibility, hatred attitude towards kids and infants. Such an inhuman behavior I have ever seen anywhere. Today I went to Kia Showroom with my family to purchase a vehicle. I was about to buy a car, everything else was done. With one more question he told "I am frustrated, I can't answer again, I have already told you" I have replied "Don't be frustrated, there is nothing that would loose for anyone if I don't buy or you don't sell. I did not wanted to have unhealthy, unprofessional conversation with him. He said, if you don't want to continue go out we don't want to sell car. I was speechless with such type of behavior which I have never experienced in my life. I felt, first time in the US, how the rasism would look like. we felt very bad to see and meet such type of person. :( Then, I went and spoke with the manager and finance manager they were so professional and apologized for the unprofessional behavior which we had experienced. But, they loose my business. I did not want to discuss all silly things which I feel unprofessional, rude behavior, worst attitude which we have experienced. 1. Kids were playing with small toy which has some kind of sticks where kids can replace them into its slots. My kids while playing miss 2 on the floor. He is asking kids to "Keep searching until you find, show me your pockets" which he found on the floor later. Such a cheap people I have never seen any where. Do you think, people who are there to purchase 50000$+ priced car going to steal 5$ worth piece of a toy? OMG. I don't imagine we have people like this, that too in EMICH KIA. My personal request, if you love your kids don't take them to this dealership. Not everyone are like this just a sales guy TONY. 2. After trade in car inspection, he gave the car keys and asked my wife and kids to stay in car. He does not have any right, thats completely my decision. If he feels disturbance as I am talking with my wife and kids, he can take a break and come back. He does not have any right to loose any words. If you have self respect, if you need some peace of mind, talking with good dealership or sales man I never recommend to visit this dealership. Seriously I felt too too bad. Only good thing is, the manager and finance manager whom I spoke after this idiotic conversation with unprofessional, unethical person who does not have any respect towards people from other countries, who does not like kids, who asks kids to keep search and show their pockets. OMG. The worst day in my life, which costs me nothing, just a gas price and 1 hour of disturbance in head. What the dealer lost is "TRUST ON THE DEALER, RESPECT & BUSINESS" Just with instance, I have booked a Honda Odyssey from other dealer which will be available to pick up on the same day when KIA CARNIVAL was about to receive.
