I've been bringing my 2018 Colorado here since I bought it here and overall I've had great service experiences, but not every visit. My biggest issue is with the time it takes to get the service completed. it here and overall I've had great service experiences, but not every visit. My biggest issue is with the time it takes to get the service completed. For example, I can come in for an oil change and it will take a hour to a hour and a half on one visit then the next is two hours, back to an hour thirty for the next visit or two, then 3 hours for a visit. Three hours for an oil change is unacceptable which is what happened on my last visit. More
