Waited 2 1/2 hours to have a bad valve stem replaced on a brand new tire Ferman put on my truck less than a week earlier. In addition a lock that was ordered for my spare tire that cane in could not be pick brand new tire Ferman put on my truck less than a week earlier. In addition a lock that was ordered for my spare tire that cane in could not be picked up because there was no mechanic there that knew how to put it together. Services needs to do better. More

Terrible, but can’t leave zero stars. Had to chase the service guy all day only to find out at 5 p.m. they never touched my vehicle. Will never go there for service ever again. Ferman did not charge me for the diagnosis which was surprising. They were up front about options and did not push for and expensive maintenance task. The problem went away.
