I have worked with this dealership since 1993 and would not go anywhere else. Todd is now my go-to service advisor and he is great. He is always there to listen and help! They were more interested in selling me a new car, than helping me with an issue that should've been fixed months ago, felt like a compete set up. My coolant was leaking few months back so we replace the w helping me with an issue that should've been fixed months ago, felt like a compete set up. My coolant was leaking few months back so we replace the whole housing unit for the water pump and new thermostat. Why would I need a new water outlet now? Leaking coolant again and then on top of that charge me over $800 in just labor for a 45min to an hour job. That's absurd!!!! I know everything has gone up in cozy, we all do but this is not how you keep your current customers Buick. Then while I'm trying to figure out what to do with my car, salesman comes in saying he heard I was having issues with my car and out of warranty and he can help me get into a brand new cat with brand new warranty! Why would I want to do that I explained if I just paid my car off and now starting to see its not as reliable and cost efficient as expected. I feel they were running a scam and it's a shame that instead of helping your loyal customers your taking advantage of us. Very disappointed. The service guy was no better showing no care in the world for my leaking coolant and having no explanation as to why that water outlet was not replaced at the time the whole housing unit was replaced. Not pleased at all! More

Went and was going to purchase but after some of the pressure put on I felt less and less and less comfortable about the deal moving forward,I had filled out a sizable amount of paperwork but chose to w pressure put on I felt less and less and less comfortable about the deal moving forward,I had filled out a sizable amount of paperwork but chose to walk away.dealer contacted me numerous times after I left,offed a few buck off original price,but I felt it wasn’t enough after the way I feel I was being manipulated so on to the next…dealerships should truly be known as stealerships… I felt beyond drained and physically I’ll for a couple hrs after….good luck with your car purchase I hope my ordeal was an isolated incident….but I doubt it. More

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. With that being said I purchase on average of 1 new vehicle per year and pay cash. Being 2 hours away I spoke with them on the phone and made agree With that being said I purchase on average of 1 new vehicle per year and pay cash. Being 2 hours away I spoke with them on the phone and made agreements on my trade in value and the purchase price of the vehicle they were selling. When I arrived I did not work with who I dealt with on the phone and the deal changed. The sale price of their vehicle increased and my trade in dropped substantially. At one point, I had asked for the keys to my vehicle back twice which did not happen. I had get aggressive and they only retrieved my keys after I told them they were holding me against my will and that there are clear laws against that. Oh wait we forgot to tell you about the $3900 for vehicle locator that is installed on every vehicle we sell. After an exhausting negations that should have never happened, we finally come to an agreement and start filling out to the paperwork. The first document they hand me to sign is a credit application filled out with partially incorrect information. I explained multiple times that I was paying cash and asked why this was needed. I even stated that I do not want a credit inquiry as I am working on a large business transaction and didn't want me buying a car to be an issue. Salesman states that there would not be any credit ran and that this form was required to be on file for state auditors to prove the identity of the buyer. You guessed it.. He went straight into the other room and ran my credit less than 5 minutes after we had this conversation. I could go on about the disorganization and greasiness of this dealership but I will chalk this up as lesson to buy local next time and move on. More

I liked the vehicle that I bought and it was a fair price. Was a little disappointed in my trade appraisal and did not like the dealer fee at all.
