Plaza Cadillac was a breathe of fresh air after looking into other dealerships. Everyone was respectful and attentive, even delivering the car to my home. I am happy with my car and feel I got a fair price in a crazy market. They lost one star because the paperwork didn't go smoothly. An incorrect address was put in twice, causing a wait on paperwork and later I had to go to the bank to correct it, and I had to call a couple of times for insurance info. More
