Tony Ramos helped me to purchase this car (Niro EV). Tony is very knowledgable about the products, he was upfront about the pricing, unlike the bait-and-switch tactic employed by other dealerships. Credit check and negotiation were all done by phone and chats. I only needed to physically show up at the dealership to sign, pay and pickup the car. I spent more time charging up the car than doing other stuff. At no time during the process I was being pushed to buy add on services. I will come back here should I need to buy another Kia. More

From the first time I visited the dealership, Tony was up front and honest with me of the buying process and how it may be delayed because of the DMV not being in full operation and I truly appreciated that. They worked with me, listened to my concerns and requests and honored them, which built my trust that sealed the deal. Tony kept me updated during the entire process from start to finish. I was able to pick up my car and drive it home earlier than the original promised date. Tony reached out to me after my purchase and said I can call anytime with any questions or concerns. Above and beyond customer service!! The Kia in Yonkers was my knight in shining armor! I was driving on the highway when my rear tire blew. The flat could not be repair by roadside assis The Kia in Yonkers was my knight in shining armor! I was driving on the highway when my rear tire blew. The flat could not be repair by roadside assistance because of a misplaced wheel lock, and so I asked to be towed to the nearest Kia. We pulled in at exactly 7pm (their closing time). The staff went above and beyond to replace my tire. They stayed open late and the manager turned around and drove back to the dealer to unlock the storage area of replacement tires. Words cannot express how grateful I am for Tony Ramos, Alex Zapata and Steve. Thank you all so much!! More
