Long waits, we waited about 1 hour for a test drive. Then after we agreed to purchase we waited about her hour. Our total time there was about 4.5 hours. This is too long. The service was working on the keep and the tec did not know what to do and then finance was poorly staffed, not enough people working. A dealership this size should do better.then we weee promised a full tank of Gas and this did not happen. Promised a gas card and this did not happen. More
