Very disappointed with my oil change on Friday 5/24/24. I think the (“lube techs) need more training. I think they don’t understand how Important a simple oil change be. The O ring gasket was not properly I think the (“lube techs) need more training. I think they don’t understand how Important a simple oil change be. The O ring gasket was not properly placed on the oil filter assembly causing the complete loss of all the motor oil. The dealership sent a tech and Shop Foreman to my location. Oil was added and the filter assembly corrected. As yet no apparent damage that I can tell. Maybe no harm done but it was a very stressful situation as I had a similar occurrence with another vehicle which ran hot due to a coolant hose failure. I’ve been offered a detailed cleaning for the incident, which ended up taking up all my Friday afternoon. Thanks for letting me vent my frustration about the incident. I will be checking on any & all work done at the Reno Jeep dealership from now on. More
