My conversation with Bob on the other hand was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Bob spoke over me when I was attempting to address concerns about my car, he was very rude and even refused to let me finish my sentence at one point. I asked him if he would let me finish my sentence and he said that he would not because whatever I was saying didn’t matter. He said it wasn’t going to change his mind. I have never been treated more disrespectfully as a customer. More

Oil change service was great. When I called for the appointment, I told the service writer that I had an issue with an intermittent left turn signal warning and that I could find When I called for the appointment, I told the service writer that I had an issue with an intermittent left turn signal warning and that I could find no lights not working. I told him I wanted it checked out and repaired. When my car was finished I was told there was no problems and no codes. He told me that they could not work on it as all the techs were booked. I would have to make an appointment and they were booked out for a couple weeks. I don’t live in the area. Not good!!! More
