No one likes to take their vehicle in for service but Tony made this experience as pleasant as possible. He thoroughly explained the problem and solution related to my car and when there was a hiccup he Tony made this experience as pleasant as possible. I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Luna at the Santa Maria BMW. I was very disappointed when Josh left the dealership and did not know he was at the SLO BMW. When I have needed to take my car in for Maria BMW. I was very disappointed when Josh left the dealership and did not know he was at the SLO BMW. When I have needed to take my car in for service in SM, I always left frustrated due to the poor customer service they offer and they claim to always be short staffed. Had I known Josh was in SLO I would have brought my car to him and would have avoided a lot of frustration. I cannot say enough about the service that Josh & Tony provided me. I don't recall every receiving such excellent service. I would like to thank Josh & Tony for your professionalism, care & concern to your customers, patience and the outstanding customer you provide. Thank you both for making my experience a pleasurable one, I really appreciate it!!! Thank you Tony for the great message you sent me, I will certainly recommend SLO BMW to my friends and family.
