I initially spoke with Mark yesterday morning around 10 AM and explained our needs and budget. Within a few minutes we had a great deal provided and were able to very easily make the transaction happen last evening! I am not sure if I can adequately describe how pleasant the entire experience was. From the moment we arrived at the dealership we were met with warm and friendly reception. This alone is such a unique characteristic to car buying. We were treated very respectfully by Mark, and never felt pushed or skeptical of the intentions of anyone at the dealership. We enjoyed going back to the finance office with Tony, as well. Tony has a very easy going personality and explained the paperwork and details with great care. Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge made such a wonderful impression on us! You have definitely earned our trust and business, and I will be sure to tell anyone in the market for a vehicle to give your dealership their consideration first - why waste time anywhere else? While we were in your showroom we noticed the many framed certificates of appreciation and news releases based on the charitable contributions made by your dealership. Great car buying experience I had a great experience at this dealership. I'm 17 years old and this was my first time choosing a car to buy. My dad and I found the jeep I wanted o I had a great experience at this dealership. I'm 17 years old and this was my first time choosing a car to buy. My dad and I found the jeep I wanted online so we went in to check it out. As soon as we showed up. Maggie came right up and started helping us out. She took us directly to the car and within minutes we were test driving it. There were complications with the car itself and in the process of getting it fixed, Maggie was giving us daily updates on the car. We went in and bought it a few weeks later and she even stayed after closing hours to help us with the final purchase of the car. My overall experience was excellent and I will definitely be coming back for my next car purchase in the future! More

He made me feel at ease and I had a great time buying and test driving the Jeep. Everyone was so friendly Brian Cramer was also really great and friendly. I would go to this dealership again because of the customer service and efficiency. I visited 2 other dealerships prior to this one and they are the reason I bought a car and not from the other dealers who weren't friendly and welcoming. Go Check Them Out! More
