I Can't Believe I Just Enjoyed Purchasing a Used Car !!!! Car buying, in my experience, has always been something that filled me with a sense of dread. What a completely different experience at Bourne's. From Car buying, in my experience, has always been something that filled me with a sense of dread. What a completely different experience at Bourne's. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was helpful and informative, but most importantly, I knew we weren't about to start playing the numbers game. I did a ton of research before walking through the door and when I saw the price they had on the car I wanted, I just couldn't believe it. The only "negotiation" was on the price of my trade-in. I had gone to 2 other dealers first and one offered me $500 more than Bourne's did - and when I brought that to my attention, a manager came over, politely introduced himself, grabbed the keys and gave my car the "once-over" and came back and said, "Sure - we'll match that price for your trade in." It was as simple as that. Tori, my sales team person, was just awesome. She knew I had limited time and typed so fast there was smoke coming from her keyboard (slight exaggeration). I literally walked in the door at 9:00 am, took my time test driving 2 cars, and drove away in my awesome , just washed car before noon time. Truly I have never had a car buying experience like it. More

5 cars 12 years ;-) My wife and I have purchased 5 cars in the last 12 years and keep coming back. Tori has great energy and runs around the office like Tinkerbell! And George, the finance guy, is so chill I just want to hang out with him in his office! We have benefited from the added insurance we usually get, particularly the time the engine in the Volvo blew and they replaced the whole thing.
