After a TERRIBLE experience at another local Hyundai dealership, I was fortunate enough to connect with Torrey again when a similar car became available, and the entire process was straightforward. I also want to give kudos to Jake (sorry I never got your last name!), who stepped in and helped me when Torrey was not available. Both Torrey and Jake were quick to respond to my messages and everyone at the dealership was professional and polite. More
