Every person I dealt with was super nice and helpful. My vehicle was towed into the dealership around 12:30 pm and they had it fixed the next afternoon. I was offered a loaner vehicle to use and that is an extremely nice and needed courtesy for me. The only small issue I had was that the loaner vehicle was not clean. There was lots of food crumbs on floor and seats and what looked like food grease smudges on steering wheel, shift knob and front seats. Other than the cleanliness of loaner, the service and employees were fantastic. Thank you. More

Sadly, my service was not exemplary like every time before. They forgot to reset my passenger window. When I called to report it wasn’t working, I was told to make an appt for another day and bring i before. They forgot to reset my passenger window. When I called to report it wasn’t working, I was told to make an appt for another day and bring it back in. I drive 1.5 hrs to your shop. I did my own research on you.tube and exercised the posted reset, with success! It saved me 3 hours of drive time and another day I didn’t have to take off work. When I called to cancel my appt, the person couldn’t find an appt for me. Hmmm, sad that your staff wasn’t honest and forthcoming with the fix that should have been completed before I picked up the car. I have always had excellent service with your shop before this. Hopefully, your staff will understand how important the simple small routine things can be. More
