Best dealership experience We'd only been to 3 other dealers shopping for a new car, but were already exhausted from what felt like a pretty annoying routine, especially sales p We'd only been to 3 other dealers shopping for a new car, but were already exhausted from what felt like a pretty annoying routine, especially sales people who seemed to know less about the cars we were looking at than we did. We've never looked at a Subaru before, but saw what great ratings it got, and decided to take a look. Not only were we really impressed with the Outback, but it was a real pleasure to interact with Bob Wilson, who was fully knowledgeable about Subarus. Once we purchased the Outback, the car came in more quickly than expected - a special Christmas treat! We had a little snafu with forgetting about unfreezing our credit reports, but Bob was extremely patient with us as we worked that out in the office! Our interaction with Traci Roberts to go over all the finances was very pleasant as well, and she was very knowledgeable. We're looking forward to an ongoing great dealership relationship with Subaru in Tucson. Thanks so much! More
