Went above and beyond! We had been looking at getting a Subaru Forester for quite a while; but we were waiting for the right time to buy. From the moment we stepped into the lot, Pam Fairchild was at our service. We test drove two models, settled on one we both liked and told Pam we would be back in a couple of days. Pam and I corresponded the day after first visit: I mentioned two inventory vehicles I was interested in, but only one was in stock. We made an appointment to come in the next morning. I should have secured that vehicle for a hold because it was sold that afternoon. They are selling vehicles fast! Long story short, we were looking at another trim, but she knew I had my heart set on a particular color if possible. She moved heaven and earth with the Tucson Subaru team to get the vehicle I had my heart set on. It's only been a couple of days, but we are both very happy with our purchase of a new Subaru Forester! Thank you Pam and the rest of the staff for all of your help. Happy Ending! Baron went beyond the call of duty. We were just ready to buy a red Outback because they didn’t have the blue we wanted. He kept searching anyway, and Baron went beyond the call of duty. We were just ready to buy a red Outback because they didn’t have the blue we wanted.
