LOVE my Ascent!! We were interested in a new car and on paper the Ascent looked like the perfect one for us. I spoke to and emailed/texted with Trent (our salesman) fo We were interested in a new car and on paper the Ascent looked like the perfect one for us. I spoke to and emailed/texted with Trent (our salesman) for days, leading up to the big day. Before they were even delivered to the dealership we were able to pick the one we were interested in and put a deposit down to insure no one would swoop it up before we got to see it in person. Trent called as soon as they hit the ground and we made plans to come see it. On the test drive he showed us everything we wanted to. Trent was so personable and honest and not a hard sell. Dealing with Traci for the financing was also great. She was very funny and straight to the point. She offered us the extras, but again, there was no hard sell to go with it. It's never a quick process to buy a car, but this team made it very easy. About the car - is AMAZING. I love it. I love everything about it. More
